The data migration process was extremely well handled by the dsb team.
Regular contact with the team helped to ensure that issues were identified at an early stage and the experience of the dsb team helped to ensure that workable solutions were presented on a timely basis. The dsb team were pro-active in working with our previous provider to ensure that they received complete, accurate and consistent data. The reconciliation process was efficient, with full details and explanations provided to support reconciling items. After completing two test data loads, we had a high level of confidence in the accuracy of the final load. This proved to be the case.
