We offer same-day dispatch for orders processed by 12 noon and 83% of items are dispatched within 24 hours.  All items are scanned out of our warehouse and the data automatically loaded into our CRM system and customer Self Service area. "On it's way" emails can also be automatically dispatched to customers.  Daily 'Dispatch Efficiency' reports are produced to support our service SLAs.
